CLEAN, RESONSIBLE, ON TIME
I WOULD TELL THEM TO MOVE RIGHT IN AND THE ONLY THING THAT BOTHERS ME ALOT IS THAT THERE IS ALOT OF ROACHES AND NO ONE HAS COME TO DO PEST CONTROLL AND IM NOT HAPPY! BUT OTHER THAN THAT IM PRETTY SATISIFIED

It is a very nice and comfortable place to live in.

Like apartment layout, old appliances and trash on grounds.
I love the layout of the apartment, but the trash situation is unbearable. Neighbors leave trash outside of their apartments, in the common areas and grounds. It is terrible. I saw a rat coming up my building stairs. Trash stays on grounds days at a time. No one cleans it up. The appliances in my apartment are also quite old. I have asked incessantly for them to replace my dishwasher but it has not been done. I love the layout of my apartment, but I may not be able to renew my lease in August unless other things drastically improve.

Nice, but definitely needs some improvement.
I would say that I do love living in my apartment. It has a great view of the lake. However, my appliances are really outdated and I have been wanting to have them replaced. I would also say that trash collection is an issue. We pay for trash removal, but it is quite messy around the trash area. People regularly throw trash or just leave it outside their door. I have had to pick up and take out my neighbor's trash because it has sat there an entire day.

Dissatisfied
I have not been at Latitudes long and honestly I am not impressed. My unit is old and outdated. To upgrade it would mean to pay almost 200 a month more...not gonna happen. Maintanence has always been an issue. The plumbing seems to have problems. And the staff in the office...well lets just say the only professional one there is Elena. All the others dont like to hear complaints.
