The community was clean and free of debris. The community was very appealing and there was adequate signage directing me to the leasing office and it was visible. They offered a lot of amenities and I could make it work.

I really did not like the apartment. It seemed outdated.

My perceptions of the community was that of a well maintained property with curb appeal and a great leasing staff and maintenance staff. Due to the fact that renovations were ongoing, it did affect my first impression of the amenities, I was not able to see the fitness room or the business area. Discounting that overall it was a nice property.

The community amenities were appealing. The community itself was visually appealing and I felt that I would be happy living there. The Leasing Agent presented the community in a natural and engaging manner. He was friendly and professional.

The agent made it interesting, by going in the golf cart and taking me to see the other community and the amenities I could benefit from.

This property is nice, but basic. The curb appeal is good, because it is part of a larger community of homes. The apartment I saw was clean and basic. Nothing stood out about it beyond the lake view. The leasing professional did a good job putting a positive spin on the property. She focused on things like the lake view and the new upgrades to the pool area, which include a new barbecue pit. If I needed a temporary housing solution, I would consider moving here.

Latitude at the moors the worse rental community do not move here you will regret it .
Do you want to live in a place the management force you to have a trash container in front of your apartment?
Do you want to live in a place with lack of parking space and you have to park in illegal spaces because you go out and when you come back there's no parking spaces for latitudes tenants
What about if you get an apartment in the first floor in the back it will get flooded when it rains and the water will get inside of your apartment.
And the worse if you are a tenant who give complaint about repairs need in the apartment don't be surprised if latitudes attorneys and their management corp Lincoln will send you a letter near your lease renew to deny you the option to renew or month to month and you get 60 days to move before the date your lease expired

The apartments were spacious and looked very nice. The staff was friendly and they offered more amenities than most apartment communities.

The community and the entrance to the property was clean and inviting. The leasing office was not on par with more up to date communities. The brown blinds hiding the gym were unattractive. The pool and view of the pond was nice. The apartment was dated with formica counter tops and burners on the stove. The layout of the apartment was nice and the size of the porch was good.

The community was definitely impressive. I loved that you can take advantage of other community amenities.

The property was appealing and nicely maintained. I could easily see myself living at the property. All staff members were friendly and professionally dressed.

The agent told me of additional amenities that would be available to me because of being a resident of the apartment community. Adding these other amenities added to selling the community.

Latitudes at the Moors struck me as an upkept area that was clean and family friendly community. The Leasing Professional was very helpful, sincere, and pleasant. I was offered many options in choosing an apartment home flexible to my needs. The special that was offered during my viewing of the apartment home made it very easy for me to invision moving in because it was very affordable. Based on this viewing of a potential apartment home I will definitely refer this community to friends, family, and acquaintances in need of a new home.

Love the apartment style, but maintenance is slow and trash is an issue.
