The amenities well modern, clean and maintained. The agent had a nice and down to earth attitude. The tour seemed natural and not rushed. The property had the basic needs. The value was tolerable for the size, features and amenities.

My overall perception of community was a nice impression. From the staff and how they handle the experience from the phone to the presentation of the apartment and community.

I would likely recommend this community because it had everything I was looking for in an apartment.

This was by far the best personal tour I have had since doing mystery shops. She was detailed, thorough, engaging, personable and very knowledgeable about the property. She was very patient when answering my questions. This property definitely has a wonderful worker.

That was a nice community and appeared to be well maintained. The apartment was nice it had a nice size living room and dining area. I liked the fact that they had ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom and it had a nice patio.

The community was modern and well kept up. The leasing professional spoke of community activities and the complimentary breakfasts in the mornings. There were not numerous amenities but the gym was great, as was the pool. The kids playground very nice as well. It was a well thought out and well rounded community. It was close to many local attractions and a main road as well.

I enjoyed my visit to this community and would love to call it home.

It was a great community. They were looking to add a gate so that would really add to the privacy feature. The apartment community had amenities but they were not over the top better than others I had seen. Compared to luxury homes it was about a five out of a ten. The staff was really friendly however and really went out of their way to help me. I felt very comfortable with them and I that is an important relationship to have when finding a new home.

If I was a real customer I would definitely lease. I loved the fact it was in a central location. The mall and bowling alley was right down the street. They are building a summer kitchen for the residents and offer monthly resident events. I loved the fitness center. I was told of my options for upgrade or not. Overall, this tour was great.
