The leasing professional touched on all of the important topics from paying rent online, maintenance, office staff and more that would make my stay comfortable.

The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The leasing professional made me feel very welcome and I could see myself living there. The interacting even with the current residents we ran into and those that came into the office was very engaging and showed how they cared about their residents.

The community could use some attention. The sales attempts could be stronger. The telephone presentation could be more involved, as well.

The apartment community was located in a nice area of Tampa. It was accessible to everything. The property was well kept and the apartments were very large. They gave a good value. The amenities were very nice and made living there more appealing.

There was a total lack of professionalism. The property is in need of some repair. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

This is a government financed leasing complex, so there are somethings that I expect. However, there are many of these complexes that have more minor updates to appeal to their guests who are inquiring about being future references. I believe that the Leasing Professional knew her information thoroughly but it felt like she was just going through motions because she knew there were no apartments available. She was friendly and asked about three questions about myself which is a lot less than usual. I think most residents get sold on a specific place because of that in person interaction.
