The property was attractive and overall well maintained. The leasing professional allowed way too much down time. I waited for 12 minutes upon arrival to be assisted, 3 and a half minutes for him to gather a key, and another 3 minute wait once we got back to the office and he went to get my driver's license. The down times were a bit frustrating at times and could influence a negative impression of the motivation and urgency factors in resolving issues while living there.

This community needs a makeover. It looked to me like the community is becoming an affordable housing community.

This is a beautifully maintained community. There is a lot of green area, making a pleasing, quiet atmosphere. The apartment viewed had a spacious floor plan with a lot of storage.
