I would recommend this apartment community where you live peaceful, safe and the tenants are very nice with each other. Its a clean and private community. Also a pet friendly complex.

Love the apartment, but the location is a bit congested.

I would recommend these apartments they just need to work on the trash.. Some residents don't out their trash in the compactor and they always think it's full and it's not.

Above comments. Trash removal is unsanitary and compact machine fails to work or is overloaded at least once a week causing trash to pile up outside the compactor. Office staff seems disengaged and uninterested in fixing trash problem.
Mark, We have received your survey & would like you to know that some of your issues are some of ours as well. We completely understand the frustration with the compactor, often times it is not broken, it is merely jammed by a resident or someone sets trash off to the side and everyone else believes it to be broken. We appreciate your input & value you as a resident.

I would recommend due to the staff, cleanliness, and quality. The staff probably being the main contributor whoever put this crew together, is absolutely incredible. Many places have customer service but not many at all have a staff that make me feel like they care about my happiness.

I wouldn't recommend it to those who are looking for an easy rental. High deposits are needed which can affect speed of getting an apartment. I would recommend it because I do feel safe and have privacy. I also am getting more for my money than I would be getting anywhere else.

I believe that most people will feel at "home" living at Lake Gray. The environment is a welcoming one. It is a peaceful place to reside. I have lived here for approx. 4/5 years.

Your rent is way to high for what you get.... Way way way to high. I'm not a cheap skate but the rent should be much lower due to the cheap quality of the apartments.

If they're looking for a spacious apartment then this is the place to go. Its a roof over their head and a place to sleep and do their laundry in their own home. Washers and dryers are supplied in each apartment.

The apartment model was very nicely decorated and gave a lot of good ideas. The amenities were very clean and the fitness center seemed to be kept in great condition.

The Leasing Consultant seemed overwhelmed with five people being in her office at the same time. She did not honor my appointment and therefore I was not given the tour I felt I should have received. I was not shown amenities nor told of deposits needed. I was really told of nothing of the benefits of living there either.
We would like to apologize that your shopping experience was on a Saturday. We have taken notice of the busyness of this day & beginning in February we will have more team members working. It is unfortunate that prospects came in to tour right ahead of your appointment and that our consultant was not able to spend more qualified time with you. We would like to invite you to tour again with us.
