The community was very nice. The grounds were beautifully kept, clean, and for being on a main street the community was quiet. The most unique feature was the community was built around a nice pond. The location of the community was excellent. It was close to shopping, restaurants and a mall. I love all the amenities they had. Definitely an affordable price for what they offered
