Great place to live, especially if you have kids. There are always other children to play with and community events going on during the holidays.

I don't know if I would recommend anyone with kids, my son gets bullied on the playground, no parental supervision with very young children, kids cuss and are not a good influence on other kids like mine that are being brought up right, I may recommend a couple with no children but highly caution those who do have children.

Too much litter, some rules apply only to certain residents. Pool should be bigger.

The community was well maintained and family friendly. The staff was polite and honest and ready to help any residents with issues. Considering the location and amenities, the community provided plenty of features for the value. While the apartments were smaller in size, they made great use of the space and seemed much larger than they were.

I have recommended it and at my recommendation a lease was secured. However, I did make certain to tell the person about the noise level, the broken gates, constant traffic speeding through the parking lot.

I would recommend these apartment basically because I'm very pleased with my experience here. I feel as if I'm among family and that give me the feeling of being home whenever I enter through the gate. I feel welcome and important.
