I would not recommend this apartment to anyone it is overpriced. The garbage situation is atrocious. My ac has broken three time and currently waiting 3 weeks still not fixed.

Its really pretty, its really up to date, and is not next to any main roads. I would warn my family and friends that lots of people are rude and although things SEEM nice, they are likely treated poorly by other community members, thus making it a less than wonderful experience. Also id warn them about the ridiculous parking situation for themselves and their guests

I disagree know vesada is offering private parking lot ....it's means additional fees...its an uncomfortable conditiion that never were offered at the beginning of the lease contract ...today find a parking lot for our car is an uncomfortable and stressing experience...vesada offered exclusive rental community today this practice of private parking lot's not make sense ...
