Remember your college dorm where you had a sense of community and you lived in a building full of people at a similar level in their life? That s Alta Congress. I love meeting young professionals that live a similar life style so that I feel more at home.

The property itself its great except for the fact that there is absolutely NO cell phone service even with a booster. The area the property is in is not great.

Great community here. The one thing I was looking for was a safe location and I feel very safe here. All of the residents that I have interacted with are very nice. A lot of young professionals. The best feature (for me anyway) I take the Tri-Rail to work everyday and being across the street from the station was a big sell for me. I would recommend Alta Congress to anyone (and I have).

The community was beautiful. The agent was very nice and personable. The building was beautiful as were the amenities.

I was not treated respectfully and neither were my guests. They would nickle and dime most everything and the noise even on the third floor was unbearable since we moved in not knowing that units were still under construction. Trash in the hallways more often than not and very roudy group.

The property was modern and stunning. I would love to live within this community. The staff member that I encountered was lovely and a true professional.

The layout of this community was different and designed to meet the needs of anyone renting here. From the garage, with parking on your individual apartment level, to the inviting community room and the outside areas to the amenities offered in the apartments. I found this community to be a step above many that I have seen in the past.

I was pleased with the overall condition of the community. I was impressed with the knowledge and enthusiasm displayed by the leasing professional.

I really feel that this apartment community was an amazing one. I felt that the indoor setup of the apartments was a really good idea. I really enjoyed touring the model. The whole presentation left me with a good feel of the community. It was like living in a resort.

Excellent staff who are willing to address one's needs and even go above and beyond when situations are presented which were out of their control to make me feel comfortable.

Very secure and friendly atmosphere at this apartment complex. I have only found two areas of concern. 1) poor cell phone coverage. I believe this mainly because the construction is so good that the signal from the local towers have trouble getting through. 2) Renter portal does not have a detail of the charges, but rather just a number which you have to compare to an mailed invoice. You have to compare to ensure the two matched, in my case it did not. Which means you have to call the front desk to have them check the computer for details. Which ended up they had to research further and call you back with details.
