A great choice and a long term home
From the moment we moved in I felt at home. It is a welcoming environment. Well maintained. They host events for the residents. All the common areas are clean and in working order. They really take pride in the property. I never want to move. I would recommend anyone to live here.

I moved to Alta Congress in March and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made Its really a beautiful peaceful place. I hear no noise at all and can always find a parking spot And the people are always friendly

Beautiful, Fun Great Place to Live
This is a well maintained small contained complex with good tenants. Even though there are a fair amount of young tenants they are all respectful of the property and their neighbors. This is a very pet friendly community so if animals aren't your thing this might not be the place for you. The finishes and appliances are great as well as the community amenities.

Not bad, but expensive

The parking garage is a nightmare. People drive like crazy. As I live on the top floor, I must drive up an down the entire garage every time I enter or leave and am suprised that I have never been hit. I will move out after my year lease and the biggest reason is that I am afraid that I will be in an accident in the garage.
