Horribly roach infested!! I make sure I bleach, Lysol, and clean my kitchen every night! I bleach and clean my bathroom every night! I mop and vacuum every night! And still ROACHES!! I spray atleast once a week and still ROACHES!! I bombed my apartment and still ROACHES!! No matter how clean I am, roaches infest in these apartments. Do not move here unless you like ROACHES!!

I moved in in June and I'm already looking for a new place. I cannot deal with the roaches in my apartment. Just last night I opened my medicine cabinet and a huge roached hissed at me. That was pretty much the final straw for me. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! If you can live with roaches as roommates then go for it. Otherwise STAY AWAY! They paint a really pretty picture for you but trust me ... ITS NOT WORTH IT!

There are roaches. The roaches will crawl on you during your sleep and onto your plate during dinner. The management admits that there are roaches in nearly every apartment. There are exterminators that come every week and sometimes you will be required to remove all items from your roach infested kitchen or face being fined by the apartment complex. The exterminator visits wouldn't be too bad, but they have never helped - even after 4 consecutive visits. Living here is a daunting challenge. If you end up here without any other option, then make sure you will be able to move out at the end of your lease, otherwise you will face a hefty rent increase.

Upon entering the apartment there was cigarette buts, a foul Odor, sliding door did not lock, there was used toilet paper in the toilet food under the stove a broken dishwasher the bedroom window did not lock and appeared to be broken I to a hole in the porch ceiling. The repaired almost everything but made the bedroom window unable to open added a new hole in the wall and any other things. DO NO SIGN HERE IT IS HORRIBLE AND NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

I moved to the Park at Siena in Brandon FL less than a week and a half ago and I am ALREADY actively looking for a new apartment complex! I don't normally write reviews but I do NOT want other innocent people experiencing what I have here! Roaches roaches roaches! They come in massive amounts and various sizes! Everytime I walk in my apartment I have to thoroughly check for roaches! They're in the stove, walls, doors, EVERYWHERE!! There are dead bugs on the walls that were painted over!!! Absolutely disgusting! My roommate and I bombed the apartment with Raid Fog cans, no use. We tried using a spray and lined the apartment with it, nothing. We even tried caulking all of the cracks and holes they keep coming from, there is no stopping this. I tried talking to Leah, one of the leasing agents, she acted as if it was a normal problem and said she would talk to her manager. It has been FOUR days and still no phone call from either of them. This apartment has embarresed me to tears and has ruined my apitite! Please, I beg who ever you are NOT to lease an apartment at this complex! It will be nothing but a horrible nightmare!

I moved in here last August and signed a one year lease. The old owners were terrible, maintenance admitted that they just deleted any messages left about service requests, had to fill out a form when I moved in about issues and they were never taken care of. The new owners I believe bit off more than they could chew. They attempted to clean the place up and put in gates but it seems they have run out of money. The gates have not been put in and they put up wood fencing around parts of the complex but all the sudden they stopped. I have had a leak in my bathroom for three months and I was told it was from the upstairs apartment and it would be fixed. Now it has gotten worse and no matter how many times I have called I am just ignored. Now I received a notice that if I wish to resign my lease, in the same apartment rather than a newly renovated apartment, my rent will go up 60 dollars. To move into a renovated apartment it would go up 100 dollars. There is a major roach problem, the came out and sprayed but it was only in the cabinets rather than bombing my apartment which I have done myself before. Everyday I find roaches in my apartment and kill they with spray, and I'm very clean and make sure to keep my kitchen clean to avoid these problems. The roaches are in the walls. The floors are terrible, every time my upstairs neighbor walks around their apartment it echos in mine and will wake me up in the middle of the night. I cannot wait to move out of this place next month.

On the lower side of the apts. Water drains must be clogged, and the pond out back overflows into the parking lot. Pretty scary. Only two bad storm days so far and you have to wade to your car. Can't imagine the impact that is coming this summer. Renter be wary.

Thought the new mgmt would be better. It is not; just superficial. Real problems, like roaches and flooding, are not addressed.

I have only been here a month and the very first night my boyfriend and I woke up due to a loud car base at 5 AM and when I turned on the kitchen light there were six roaches on the stove, obviously I was in sheer terror..I hate roaches! As this month has progressed my boyfriend and I have sprayed, bombed, called pest control and cleaned everything a countless amount of times. I've become obsessed with having a clean kitchen and nothing I do will fix this problem. They are on the walls, in the carpet, in the bedroom, in the bathroom, in the cabinets and ALL OVER the kitchen. I am also waking up with bites on my body. I want to cry just thinking about it. I'm living in fear. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. It is not worth it. We have found egg casings and baby cockroaches that are still white! The place is overran with stray cats, and bugs, and that garbage overglows the dumpsters. I understand the place was a dump before and they are redoing everything, but it’s not worth it dealing with this infestation. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Needed maintenance work since we moved in MONTHS ago, and dealing with the WORST roach infestation even with treatments every week!!! The complex was bought out by a new company so everything being changed soon, but for now with the condition of the old apartment buildings I would NOT recommend ANYONE to live here.. ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN!
