The apartments have a home-like quality. Even second floor units have their own door exiting to he first level. The principal amenity, the pool, is very inviting. The location is very good as it is near Sam's Club, Walmart and the local movie plex.

The community was far away enough from the main highway that it was peaceful and quiet. The community was nicely landscaped and the clubhouse/office was nicely decorated.

The community offered more for the money than most similar communities. As well as offering a neat and clean environment and the usual amenities, being a gated community puts it a step above most. I believe it was priced just right which was supported by its high occupancy.

This is a very family-oriented community. It is the perfect place for families with children. There is so much for the kids to do, especially after school. It is a great neighborhood.
