The office staff was cordial and very friendly. The community was well maintained, and offered the latest amenities. It was an income restricted community. The community was centrally located near shopping, schools, and major roadways.

I don't even want to live here so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

WE would recommend sabal cove because of the fact is they are reasonable prices especially for the accomodations as well as the Office personell especially vivian are really awesome to deal with and make you welcome
New Soon to be renter!
We are very excited to call sabal cove our new home by the end of next month!! A few friends from my husbands work live in here as well. The grounds are beautiful can't wait for move in day!

I would not recommend this community to a friend because some residents that live here make the community look bad.
We encourage all our resident to report the office staff of any behavior that could affect the peaceful and enjoyment of our resident, so we could enforce House Rules and Company Policies.

Bad service. The tout their electronic gate but it doesn't work 95% of the time
We understand your frustration, unfortunately our gate was broken and we had to order a new gate, right now the gate is working fine, sorry for the inconveniences.
shady staff
We have been here three month staff lied to us, property is somewhat dirty, kids are horrible and we call Vivian five times and she was nasty leaving us a nasty message that if we don't like it Move,
Sabal Cove believes strongly in the "good neighbor" policy. It is our responsibility to ensure that all neighbors be considerate of one another. When issues are bought to our attention, we make a friendly call to remind our resident that "they" may be affecting the quality of life of another. It is unfortunate when at times these friendly reminders, it goes unheeded. It has never, nor will we ever address our residents with the disrespect of "if we don't like it move". It is our responsibility to insist that all residents have the right to living in a home where everyone's quality of life is valued.

Maintenance is absolutely terrible! Not only do they not respond to service requests but there is no communication as to why or when. Yes, there was a fire in one of the apartments that has handicapped the staff's ability to provide service -- but SEVEN months on one service request and now THREE months on another! I believe I'm entitled to some compensation for the inconvenience and frustration. These two events are not the only two I've experienced either. Another service request also took a couple of months to resolve.
As we appreciate your frustrations, since there will be times in any Company that there may be a shortage of staff. Having lived here for several years, it is completely understandble that these sentiments are not customary because together you as a resident and we as management have developed a relationship that has made us worthy of your renewing your lease year over year. In our discussions together, we clarified that when fully staffed things will return to normal, and the maintenance department will once again be back on track. Thank you for your patience.
