This is a well maintained and cared for community.

The Leasing Professional was very pleasant. The price for the apartment was high based upon the size of the apartment and the lack of a gated community. The amenities were in good condition. The Leasing Professional demonstrated the apartment thoroughly.

Everything about the community indicated that it was well maintained and residents were content. I could see myself living there if utilities were included in rent. I appreciated the staff's willingness and readiness to help me and I have no doubts that any concern I would have while living there would be met.

I would recommend this property to others. It was an attractive community, but I did notice that some of the amenities could use an upgrade. The agent was polite, but she lacked enthusiasm at times.

The buildings were dated and several residents had a ton of stuff on their balconies which made the community seem cluttered.

The presentation was robotic. The leasing professional did not get to know me or my needs. I did not know about the management company at all or about the maintenance.

The community was in excellent repair. There were no visible flaws in any of the common areas or in the model. The parking lot had recently been resurfaced and painted and everything was clean and free of debris. I was happy with the amenities and their level of maintenance.

I was not at all impressed. For the rent they are charging you can get newer or even private rentals that offer more. The community was not overly impressive, nor were the amenities. The rent is really to high for what they offer.

The community is minutes away from the mall. It is in a great area, close to many stores.
