The leasing agent took ownership as much as she could without providing sales techniques and or closing strategies. Besides this she was simply a natural SUPER star and without all the strategies commonly used in Sales, she was a natural closer if she just asked to rent there today.

The apartment needed upgrading, but the community was well-maintained, and the Leasing Professional was friendly.

This was not a hi-end community, but it was homey and comfortable. The apartments had been nicely updated and everything was well cared for. Very comfortable and close to town and shopping and restaurants.

The community was working on improvements with the roofs and tennis area. The amenities were pretty common and basic. The model layout was really nice and decorated well. It was nice to see they had a wow fridge to offer a refreshment or snack to guests.

I had a phenomenal experience at the community. It is clean and inviting. The staff is professional, welcoming and well-informed about the community. They offered to help me apply for the apartment. They offered two refreshments. They contacted me afterwards in case I had any additional questions.

Overall I had a pleasant experience, and I liked the community. It seemed, like a nice place to live. I area seemed like a safe place, and I liked the pool and gym. The apartment was a good size, and the kitchen was nice, and the bedroom was spacious. I would definitely consider moving into the community, or I would recommend it to a friend.

I liked what I saw of this community. It was clean, quiet and has all the latest and greatest amenities and upgrades. The leasing professional was in a word, professional. She was so eager to please me she didn't dismiss me because of rain. Instead she took the time to show me the virtual tour on the computer. I appreciated the level of enthusiasm and effort shown me during my visit.

I think the price for what is being offered is good. I liked the community. It was well kept and free of debris and trash. The apartment is a nice size. I like that it has a washer and dryer. It is centrally located.

The agent needs some more training for the phone calls to get all the information and make the prospect happy to come in. The tour was nice, and the decor of the model was nice. The community itself was not a good look with people outside being loud. It just seemed like a lot extra things going on with all the people and noise.

I really liked the agent, but the fact that the pool was closed and there was garbage all over the back parking lot was a big show stopper for me. I did see a maintenance man, dressed in a red polo shirt, driving a golf cart with a shop vac in the back portion, so I could see they were working on something.

The community is conveniently located. The grounds appeared to be well maintained. The staff was accommodating.

This community is typical of the housing built in the 80s.

The prices in the community for the location and compared to there was reasonable. The property was nice and pleasant. They have a nice large pool area. Overall, nice visit.

I would be very likely to recommend this community to my family and friends. The community had everything I desired in a home. Kozetta was warm, friendly, professional, and seemed genuinely interested in finding me a home that met my needs.
