Personally, I thought the leasing professional did a good job with the presentation and selling the benefits of the community.

There was construction in progress at the building. Based on the price and availability to other apartments in the area without the noise and inconvenience presented by construction, incentives may need to be planned to compensate new prospects. This is something I have gone through in buildings and would not likely want to go through construction again.

I had a pleasant time visiting this community today. Although there was some construction going on during my visit, I was still impressed by what I saw. The apartment I viewed was spacious, and I felt like they offered a lot of features for the prices that they asked. The community was easy to get to, and it was close to the interstate, so everyday transportation would not be too much of an issue. I found the staff to be very helpful, and they made sure to show me everything they had to offer. They did everything thoroughly while giving me a tour, and made sure to answer any questions that I had. In addition, their community was surprisingly affordable for the area it was located in, and they offered a great deal of state of the art amenities.

The agent was friendly and had a big smile the whole time. The information received was very good. She was not pushy at all when trying to rent. The complex was clean and well lit. The property itself has a lot to offer.

I really liked this community, and I am in love with the amenities! I really liked how the leasing consultant showed such excitement when giving me the tour. I was astonished by the amenities and would definitely live here.

I was first greeted by a friendly concierge who escorted me to the leasing office. There I met the leasing agent, who stood to greet me and offered her hand. She then escorted me to a private office where we gathered information. At all times, this agent was friendly, articulate and pleasant to be with. She was very accommodating and gracious by holding each and every door open for me.

This property is in the process of being renovated. It is important that
maintenance should take care to clean the grounds periodically during the day given the renovation.

The community was beautiful. The community offered a 24/7 concierge service, a resident lounge, a game room with billiards, gym, business center and much more. The apartment was very nice.

They were renovating the property at the time, but the rent seemed high for as dated as the property was currently.

This complex is stunning. The club room was classy and nice. The pool table was beautiful. The pool had a retractable cover. I was just totally impressed with everything from the amenities to the unit to the office area. The place was impeccably clean.

I felt valued as a potential resident. Because the agent personalized her presentation I could see myself as part of the community. The amenities that were shown to me were in good condition and enticing. I believed the agent really wanted me to live there.

The leasing professional was a more low-keyed individual but pleasant and enthusiastic. She presented the apartment very well and paid attention to what I was saying and my reactions so as to understand what I was looking for. She was new to the property and the profession and although this was a bit apparent, she was professional and friendly and communicated well, and I was impressed with her ability to close the deal.

I was looking for more character based in the apts. It just seemed so contemporary to me although there was many things that I liked. I could work with it & make it feel more homely for us if I needed to.

I found this community to be extraordinary in terms of amenities, the actual apartment that I viewed and my interaction with the leasing professional.
