The downstairs lobby and amenities were gorgeous. The theater room was beautiful. I was a little disappointed in the apartment itself. I did not like the yellow plastic laminate bathroom vanities or the closet doors that were white plastic laminate. I would have expected something nicer for the luxury price tag that came with this apartment.

The community exceeded my expectations overall. The upscale elegant interior design created a feeling of quiet luxury. The layout of the apartments was imaginative and above all very spacious. The luxury amenities gave the community a resort-type atmosphere.

This community offered luxury meets modern state-of-the-art amenities. A life of luxury awaits you. The community offered a valet who get you your vehicle, a private state-of-the-art screening room, and a private climate-controlled wine cellar which accommodates 100 bottles of wine for each resident. The community also features a yoga studio, a sky-lit indoor heated pool with retractable roof, a spacious sun terrace and Jacuzzi, a fitness club and spa, and sauna and locker rooms for males and females. The apartment homes offer designer kitchens with stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops, fireplaces and a pristine view of the city from your very own large terrace with a gas grill for grilling. The property was also pet friendly.

I was very impressed with the community. The leasing professional did a good job.
