I loved the intriguing citrus smell when entering the leasing office and model. It was also nice to know that the management company has not sold out to the bigger companies. The amenities were not up with the times, such as the pool not being open all year round. The apartments have not been renovated to the modern times. The counters were still Formica instead of granite. The leasing agent could have sold the community better. The staging of the model impressed me more than the sales pitch.

Safe, interior maintenance issues solved quickly, landscaping really nice!! Garbage pick up is NOT good!!!

This is a very nice, clean , friendly place to live, We are very comfortable here.

The area is safe, clean and quiet for the most part. However, we do live on the bottom floor and can hear everything going on above us. If I had to suggest any improvements, it would be a better sound barrier between floors.

I don't like the fact that Comcast has the hook up and we can't get Directv.

Too expensive -- most people will not pay that much. No dumpster for trash and trash does not get picked up every day. AUM = horrible company, need new one. Otherwise comfortable and nice staff.

The service staff are friendly, helpful and quick to respond to service requests, the apartments are comfortable and attractive, the location is nice.

Beautiful to look from outside, but no so great from the inside, and expensive!!

It is hard to recommend overpriced apartments, but no apartments are reasonably priced anymore in the Denver area. I have unfortunately not found a better value in the area.

I would have a hard time recommending it due to lack of parking. nothing worse then having to walk a long way to your apartment carrying bags.

I would recommend this place because its been safe,the neighbors have been good,it has 2 pools and the whole staff is teriffic.This location is also exellent of ease for shopping.(within a short walk to many stores.)

The community offered resort style living at an affordable price.

All is great except that the rent is pretty high ... and has never done anything but go up each time I renew my lease.

Apartments are very bright and spacious. I feel safe living here.

I would not recommend it if my rent is raised for no reason. I can understand if my rent was raised because I was a bad resident late w/rent and have complaints. The economy is still so hard.
