This was a lovely community. The grounds were immaculate and the landscaping was well done. The amenities were too many to mention. There was definitely something for everyone. The added amenities like the sauna, tanning beds and DVD library made it over the top. This community would be easy living.

The community amenities appealed to me because they were the latest and greatest gear and exceptionally well maintained. The upkeep of the common areas throughout the property was outstanding, with great attention to detail. The pools were sparkling and inviting. It was like a resort. Everything one could wish for was available, and the rent was reasonable. You will find all-weather tennis courts, two racquetball courts, an indoor and outdoor basketball court, 24/7 fitness center, business center, Internet cafe, and a bright and very large clubhouse with huge windows and spacious living. You will find a foosball table, movie theater, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and private beach on the lake front. You can go paddling on the lake and even do catch and release fishing. There are so many amenities included, which build great value in the rent. The leasing professional was a good listener. She was confident and made me feel that our needs were fully met in this community. The leasing professional connected and bridged our needs to the floor plan that was suggested. I also found wonderful teamwork amongst the leasing professionals. I found this community to be fabulous and would strongly recommend it. The value for money was excellent.

The agent was very pleasant, and I enjoyed talking with her. I was very impressed by the facilities in the community center. The apartments were attractive as well. With the quality of the community center, the appliances in the apartments seemed a bit ordinary.
