I was unfairly charged a pet fee and wasn't given any respect or courtesy when I brought it to their attention. I also feel like for what we pay, the common areas (hallways, etc) should be cleaned more often and there should be more communication regarding lights, elevators, etc. not working.

Sound insulation, mainly the lack of quality padding under hard floors is a bummer. Hearing your upstairs neighbor is a bigger part of life at Beacon than any other place Iâve lived.

Not only would I not recommend this place to anyone, I would warn anyone I cared about to avoid this place at all costs. I have detailed my reasons for this in my other answers.

Love the modern/contemporary architecture, finishes, and decor in the apts. and the common areas. All of the office staff are friendly and helpful.

I would recommend this apartment based on the amenities, and location being between the city and mountains. I would not recommend this location to someone looking for a nice dog run, or area to walk their dog.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to a friend. We live above the courtyard and the music and partying has been a problem. Its just plain busy and never relaxing. It is far from peaceful, especially on the weekends. I chose this apartment complex because it was new and the apartments are beautiful. I think we will never live above a courtyard again. Lesson learned. Ive loved the staff, except for the manager, she hasn't been too friendly to me- she seems cold and unfriendly.

A lot of growing pains, office always says one thing and the outcome is another.
Current Renter- Thanks for the feedback! New construction always requires working a few kinks out, so thanks for bearing with us. Management always has the best intentions of communicating timelines provided us to our amazing residents, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances out of our control can change things. I have seen dog poop in the hallways. The outdoor dog area is disgusting.

Rest assured we cleaned up the dog waste as soon as we found it and held the pet owner at fault responsible per our awesome Pet DNA Poo Prints program. Also, we are spraying down the gravel in the outdoor dog run now that the snow is melted and the sun is out.
