Complaints against bad neighbors go unnoticed and bad neighbors can ruin the experience.

I enjoy living here despite a less than perfect experience.

It is falling into disrepair.

The amenities and surrounding area is of great value to the residents.

Rent prices are high for living in lakewood, there is a bad element always walking around the property at night, having to pay to park here is ridiculous otherwise you wont find a spot, and the gym is falling apart it is missing pieces and most machines need repair

Great amenities, quiet neighborhood.. wish there was more open/guest parking on my end of the complex

The NUMBER ONE REASON I would recommend this apartment is attached garages.
The NUMBER ONE REASON I WOULD NOT is because you continue to use WYATT TOWING. these people are criminals as far as I am concerned. you could find a company whose pound is not halfway to Loveland. Not my problem bu I am afraid to have guests at night or fear that WYATT will take them indiscriminately. THEY DO THIS. Replace them With a local company.

My neighbors have reported us being loud due to our child on one occasion and than said we were stoning the floors aren’t thick at all and I hear my upstairs neighbors walking “stomping” too it’s going to happen and yet we have got lease violations for this due to hard neighbors it’s really not okay! Will not be renting again and when my lease is up I will be moving out! Will not recommend!

I would because of the amenities and I do like my apartment layout, if someone would be willing to pay the price. I would not because of what I concerned in question 5.

As long as they don’t smoke, I certainly would
