I can't recommend this place. There are way too many problems with the buildings, the community, the level of attention by management, and the other residents. The price is far too high for the quality.

I love where I live! But, I expected the gates to be closed for security and control of the people coming in and out.

The price for the apartment and amenities were average for the area. The leasing professional was more friendly than most. The leasing professional listened to what I said and responded to keep the conversation going and casual. I would feel comfortable recommending or living in this community.

When entering into the property, getting to the leasing office was a bit challenging due to the property being nestled in with another property.

The community was brand new and all of the available apartments had yet to have residents living in them. The apartments and the communal appointments were all very modern, upscale and attractive.

Based on my on-site visit, the community would be right for me and my wife. The community gave me a sense of quiet and peaceful. While inside of the apartment, it was quiet with all the construction going on.

These are brand new luxury apartments. They are very spacious but for the amount there asking they should have the five piece bath set.
