Double entrance door to lobby of B building hasn't worked for 1 1/2 years. Anyone can walk in off the street at any time day or night.

unfortunately, its not what it used to be. Michael has dropped the ball, clothes drying out on the balcony, smoking cigarettes, smoking MMJ, landscape is awful, not one of the security doors actually locks.. I will be going to social media at the end of my lease with pictures

The building is very quiet, which is good. However, the trash area is usually a mess and although the maintenance people claim they clean it - I don't know when because underneath the bins there is a lot of trash. Also the garage door to the trash room is broken. Anyone can get in the building by going through the trash room.

i would recommend this apartment site only for summer occupancy. Snow removal after a snowfall continues to be a problem.
