I have lived at Dove Valley for over a year and would recommend living here.  Prompt staff ...maintenance is always on any issues and the front office is extremely helpful.
 

The community was off major streets and was easily located. The amenities I saw were up to date and appealing. The customer service on the telephone call was substandard, it was much better in person.

Pro: Dove valley apt has a great view its quiet and gated condo.

Cons: the management at Dove Valley apartments delivers poor quality, I have had many things in my apartment out dated and broken, the sealing fan is wobbling and I put an order to the office and I personally went to the office and asked them to fix the problems that I have on my apartment, and nothing was done. The maintenance crews do not know much on what they are talking about, and they take a very long time to come to your apartment.

When you sign a contract it states that you will have access to the pool and hot tub and many other luxury that Dove Valley offer, but the hot tube is always broken or in repair, it has been 4 months that the hot tub has been broken and nobody does nothing about It.

I moved to Dove Valley about a year ago and the reason I moved was because I had friends that lived at one of the apartments and they loved it, but I was talking to them about all the situation that was going on after they have moved, they told me that Dove Valley when they lived here had a different management team and everything was a priority to the residents, now the apartments are pricy and you do not get what you pay for.

It was a great experience for me because I became a good handy man; I learned to fix my washer and Dryer, I learned how to remove hard water from my washing machine and many other things, something that you can’t count on maintenance crews. Dove valley is not a place that I would recommend not even to my worst enemy. There is an old saying in customer service customer comes first, treat customers like your family with high quality and lots of care so they will always come back to live or buy and refer other friends and family.

I can keep on talking about all the cons at Dove Valley apartments but it will be a book when I finish writing all of the detailed things. If you decide to move to Dove Valley apartments its always good to go to people that rent the apartments and ask for opinions, the Office crew all they want is to rent and get their money worth.

The office and amenities were slightly dated. The red floral carpet in the office immediately made me think the apartments were going to be significantly dated.

The leasing professional who gave me the tour was uninformed about my specific needs and requirements. However, she gave a well-planned and executed tour that built value. The community was clean and well tended, and I would be pleased to live there. It was fairly priced for the area.

This is a great community in a great location, and it does show pride of ownership. I did not see any trash or debris anywhere in the community. The mailbox area was clean and easy to find, and the community was easy to find with the signage. The parking lot was free of any vehicles in disrepair. It seemed like a great place to live!

The community was very well kept. Everything looked great. The pool area looked nice and fun. I received excellent customer service and felt that the people who worked there genuinely cared about me and my search for an apartment home.

This community was remarkable. The amenities were great, all were very well maintained. The office area was clean and well organized. The customer service I received on the call and in person was above average. This is a property that I would really like to call home.

The value offered by the property is outstanding. I felt that the community had above average amenities but at very attractive prices compared to apartments not that far away. Rachel was very engaging and made a genuine effort to fulfill my needs.

This is a cute community that is convenient to area conveniences and commuting options. This community is also tucked away from loud traffic yet accessible.
