The maintenance staff at Dove Valley is great! Thomas was in and out in 20 minutes to replace garbage disposal. Can't say as much for the office staff.

I've lived at Dove Valley for 3 years. If I've ever had a problem, Thomas and the maintenance crew get it taken care of as quickly as possible. They're always friendly and professional.

The grounds were well maintained and the leasing staff was pleasant. The apartment seemed very ordinary and a bit dated, with too much wall to wall carpet and white cabinets.

Nothing stood out with the leasing professional, but he was nice and had a good knowledge of the community and availability with pricing. I did not feel any pressure to lease or feel guilty when I declined. The landscape was taken care of, and the amenities looked very refreshing. Overall, I would recommend this community to family and friends.

Overall, my experience at the Dove Valley apartments was very positive. The grounds were very well kept up. I was excited to see what the new renovations would bring to the community. The leasing professional was very nice and willing to help and meet my needs. The apartments were very nice and met my needs. Overall, I had a nice experience.

My family just recently moved in and it has been nothing but a disaster from the first showing. I fault myself for even signing a lease after the customer service that we dealt with.

We were put on a waiting list and during that process the management team failed to ever answer the phone during business hours or bother to return a phone call at any point. Any contact that I made with them I had to show up in person.

On move in day we had to wait hours for the maintenance and management staff to figure out what keys opened the apartment as they had no clue. Thus further delaying an already lengthy move in process. Later that evening I find out that they never updated us in the gate security system leaving us locked out once the gates had closed after leasing office hours. This problem was not resolved until the following day. Once again, no returned phone calls and no way to contact anyone in case of an after hours emergency or problem.

All I have dealt with so far is incompetence and a total lack of professionalism. Never in my mind would I recommend these apartments to anyone.

We moved here two years ago and are ready to find a new place. pros-nice location Traffic noise is minimal beautful view of the mountains close to shopping nice open layout for a two bedroom apartment decent gym CONS- the management changed while we lived there They never replaced the main broken blinds in the living room after we moved in There was a big stain around the second bathroom toilet They did nothing about it The main bathroom tub shower fixture was broken and unusable at move in which they did replace The apartment was not cleaned well The top of the fridge was covered in a layer of greasy dust this was not what I would call move in ready The carpet was replaced but i vacuumed up loose staples from the instalation for weeks This was not the quality of the demo apartment we were shwn The floors are noisy as we can hear our upstairs neighbors walk around all night long and we had to get used to sleeping with the tv on to drown out the noise All in all it was a nice starter place as it was close to work which is why we moved here in the first place, but the cons far out way the pros!

I felt there was nothing that should be changed about this leasing agent and his ability to sell the community. The community also had everything a person could want.

These apartments are very beautiful, and they look more expensive then what they really are. I would love to move there.
