I did wish there was an option for check deposits to pay rent. with my banking and business flow it would be nice to be able to pay and get it done and not have to wait for electronic timeliness vs. taking care of business strait forward.

Only been here during COVID so very difficult to comment on amenities. Apartments are nice. For price that I am paying, would expect more value. (Obviously Radiant cannot control Colorado government. Restrictions)

Great location, great building, but canât even really use the amenities and getting the referral payment for the resident we already referred has been like pulling teeth.

At this time I would not recommend this to anybody else due to unrealistic regulations that have been put into place, paying Way too much money for just living in my unit and not being able to utilize the building whatsoever. I would not recommend it to anybody.

When I signed the lease I was told I had to sign within 48 hours or I wouldn't get the rent free weeks, because of which I ended up paying rent here and 15 days in my old place, after I moved in I found out from others that they could push their move-in date out to later, also I wasn't told about common area electricity and gas being so high, and now I have dozens of homless as neighbors, I empathetic towards the homless but situation has worsened a lot.

I ALWAYS recommend any LMC property to friends in other cities because I know they will be high quality and well managed communities.
