This apartment is mostly fostered by location, location, location. It is within walking distance of just about everything I need/want. The neighborhood is great.

Maintenance request service is the worst I have ever experienced. A leasing agent will tell me one thing, and doesn't follow through.

The location can't be beat for the price but you get what you pay for. I've had to cancel plans with friends because the elevators are down and I can't ask them to come up 10 flights of stairs

I loved that the community offered a little more than most apartment communities liked tanning beds and personal trainers. The floor plans were very spacious and unique.

I would recommend it only if they are under the age of 35... After all, this apartment complex may as well be a dorm for college students.

We do apologize for the inconvenience of the cleaning crew reserving the elevator in the mornings, but this is necessary for them to be able to quickly clean each floor level. If we find another alternative, we would be more than happy to try and put that in place.

Pool closed. Broken light in the laundry room. Broken lock on my balcony door. Water in my shower does not get very hot. My car was broken into on site.
