Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The location is the highlight of this community. It is close to just about everything. The pricing is very reasonable.

Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

If I'm in the market for an apartment, I'll most likely rent an apartment at the community mainly because the rent prices are very competitive. Similarly, I liked the peaceful location of the community which has scenic views and is close to the shopping area and restaurants. Likewise, I liked the community's amenities such as the barbecue and picnic areas.

The leasing professional did a good job of showing the uniqueness of the community. She talked about the Library on Wheels, the community garden and the close proximity to walking paths. Plus, the community itself looked very clean and well maintained.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

One of the nicest aspects of this community is the availability of a fair sized piece of ground, to grow your own veggies or flowers, in their communal urban gardens program. This program was free to the residents. This was a great benefit to gardeners. The pool was sparkling and inviting. The rent was very fair for this income restricted community. There was a business center, basketball court, playground and a wide expanse of picnicking areas with grills, with two nearby walking trails. The amenities built in good value in the rent. Overall, the leasing professional was friendly and courteous. I found this community to be pleasant and would recommend it. The value for money was fair.

I might recommended this community to my friends and family.

This affordable housing community has a lot to offer and the value is excellent. At under $700 a month, they were in a lovely location in a nice, middle-class neighborhood with a community garden, a pool/hot tub, a business center, a fitness center, a playground, picnic/barbecue areas, and a basketball court. They have a lot to offer residents. The utilities, except for electricity and gas, are included in the rent. The apartment was fairly spacious and move-in ready. The customer service I received from the leasing professional on-site was outstanding. She was upbeat, attentive, and made me feel welcome and comfortable. She was professional and thorough. She established a connection with me and got to know my situation and needs in a natural, engaging manner. I would recommend the community to someone who meets the income restrictions without hesitation. They offer a lot for the price.

The property was located close to the city but in a secluded area close to parks, trails and recreational adventures. The property offered great value. The pride of the community showed through. It was an attractive place to live.
