I cannot believe how high rent is for low income housing! It is difficult to comprehend. Outside of that, I was pleasantly surprised at the way it felt like home. People smiled and were working in the garden. It was quiet and well kept.

The community was well maintained, neat and clean. One, two and three bedroom apartments were offered. All apartments included air conditioning, a patio or balcony and washer/dryer connections. It was a pet friendly community with a dog park planned. The amenities included a basketball court, barbecue/picnic area, pool, laundry facilities and a business center. There were gardening plots available for residents.

This is an extremely nice community. There are large, open areas with mature trees. The grounds were immaculately clean and nicely manicured. The parking area was quite large, and all areas were clean with no trash or debris. The buildings were very well maintained. I would be very happy living here and would recommend this community to friends and family.
