I understood when I moved in that this is an older apartment community and that it would not be as nice as some of the other apartments offered in Colorado Springs. What I didn't realize was how unprofessional and unwilling the management and maintenance are to address resident concerns. Maintenance has consistently failed to make scheduled appointments without so much as a phone call to notify me that they would be late or that they would not be showing up at all. I constantly have to deal with loud music at all hours of the day/night, and have reported it to management several times, however nothing has changed. Teenagers hang out in the hallways ALL day and night, playing music, laughing, banging around, and painting their nails, sometimes causing me to even have to step over them just to enter my own apartment. I have also complained about this, yet EVERY day it happens. People smoke inside the building hallways and the smell gets in my apartment and it is awful. Maintenance has shut off water to my building multiple times without prior notification which disrupts my normal living. The apartments are old and falling apart, so much that I don't feel comfortable going out on my own balcony, yet when my lease came up for renewal, they decided to increase my rent $100 per month. You couldn't pay me $100 a month to renew my lease and live here any longer. I do not recommend this community under any circumstances. You would be better off living in a tent in the mountains than in this apartment community.

The community is dated, but respectable. The leasing agent was very personable and seemed to tailor her presentation to my needs.

very well organized, a good place to stay for the price, up to date on everything, very clean, and very good for children and pets to live here, maintance is also up to date on everything, good neighborhood for close shopping , post office and church, has pool and playground for the summer which is kept up to date and clean, everyone who lives here is polite and curtious, a good place to meet friends or have family over, an ample space for parking and well lit.the manager and asst manager go out of their busy time to make you feel at home and try to take care of your needs and problems that you may have within a busy period of their time, you can always rest assured that you can get ahold of someone if there is a problem within their working day period and be taken care of as soon as possible if they are closed within the next day of oppening business day.all the staff are great.

Overall this is a pleasant community. You have all of the essential amenities needed. The pricing is very reasonable for what they have available. You will not be paying an exorbitant amount of money for resort amenities that are nice. The pool and common grounds were clean, and well maintained with grills available for summer cookouts. The apartment layouts are practice and comfortable with slight differences between the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor based on your preferences.

The community is centrally located for those who need to be near Academy for work commutes. There is plenty of shopping and resources in the area. It is secluded from the busy areas, very clean and well kept. It is fairly priced, and the apartments are spacious and clean. There are dishwashers in addition to other standard kitchen appliances. There are nice big closets, a walk-in in the master bedroom and a very large closet in the spare bedroom. There are laundry facilities throughout the property. The community seems to be a very comfortable place to live.

I had a very nice tour of the community. The leasing professional was very genuine and engaging. She had a strong sense of pride in the community and really spoke volumes to me. The property does not have as many amenities as most but the rental rates are reflective of that and very competitive.

Overall, the community was appealing and comfortable.

Mary was very friendly, enthusiastic and had a nice smile. She was focused on me and affirmed many things I told her. She pointed out the storage areas, which I told her were important to me. She said she was excited to have me as a resident.

The visit to the property was a good experience all the way around. The agent that helped me was very direct and easy to talk to. The property was nicely decorated, and the grounds were kept up. The unit that was shown was very well decorated and smelled clean and neat. The agent was very excited to show me the model and all the amenities they offer.

The community was in need of some upgrades such as the breezeway, carpets, and doors. However, the leasing professional said they were in the process. Inside the apartments, the cabinetry was dated and there were metal doors on some storage areas as well as an older medicine cabinet in the bathroom. The laundry facilities were only located in every other building, which I thought was a bit inconvenient, especially during winter months. The exterior of the apartments looked nice and I could see remodeling the community was underway. The grounds looked well kept and very nice.

This is a clean well maintained property. The staff is friendly, and the pool is nice and buzzing with activity.
