I like the fact that the staff at Montebello Gardens are very kind, they are understanding and seem to genuinely care about the tenants. I am new to apartment
living and lived in
another complex, where the staff seemed
mechanical in their
interactions, This is not
the case at Montebello Gardens.

I have lived at the Montebello Gardens apartments for six years, looking forward to the new year in my apartment complex. The apartments come with two bedroom, new carpet, all new fixtures, balcony, spacious closets, new appliances in kitchen with new linoleum, has sliding door in living room for balcony,all the comforts of home, they also have a swimming pool and a playground for children to play with a slider and monkey bars. maintenance here is very good and they get the job done on the first call depending on the situation. staff is here to help with all needs from opening to close except for lunch when they close. alot of changes have been made and done and still more to come, and also ample parking space or your vehicles with round the clock security at night. and there are shopping areas close by as well as a church and schools. if you are in the area or even if your not stop by and pay them (the staff) a visit. respectully, joann bogart

It was fine when I lived there from 2010 to 2011. I moved back in 2012 to present. They re accounting as far as fees, etc is terrible, they put notices on your door saying pay or quit without any indication of what you owe. There are bed bugs, one of the buildings caught fire 6 months ago, people were displaced and it still is not fit to live in.

The leasing agent did not make me feel like she cared if I rented or not. It seemed like my visit did not matter as she would have no problem renting the available apartments at any time.

The leasing agent is a nice and warm person but went through a rehearsed tour that went on much too long. She spoke about items that were not relevant to moving in. She does not seem to pick up on body language or subtle cues. There was no urgency and no real method to the sales process. She pointed out negatives without me asking about them. She shared much too much personal information about herself. Again, I am not sure she knows anything about me or my needs for moving.

This was a very nice community that was well taken care of and very clean. The staff were very knowledgeable and eager to help. This would be a nice place to call home.

The leasing office was difficult to find. The tour was very basic. There was no upsale of the community features. The pool was not shown.

good location, staff are knowledgeable and curtious helpful and careing, maintance is on top of things, apartments are spacious and equiped with modern appliances, close to all shoping areas, post office and church. family oriented, playground area for children, and pool.

The place looked dated and the buildings needed outside repairs. The community only had a pool.

I would tell them that its a nice property but if you have a maintenance request don't plan on getting it resolved anytime soon, for example its been over a week since I've put in an order stating that when it rains our windows leak water and no one has done anything about it yet.

if someone were to make me an offer that there place was better than this one that i couldn"t refuse they would have to prove it and show me, this apartment complex and the people in charge go out of their way to make you feel like this your own home to make you feel comfortable includeing maintance, when a job needs to be done you don"t have to wait along time it gets done. the rates are reasonable for what you want or need, due to economey everything has gone up and every apartment complex has gone up on their rent. the pool is clean, the grounds are clean and well taken care of. to prove what i am saying see for yourself and you be the judge weather my statement is true or not, what do you have to loose or gain, maybe a chance to live here and enjoy life with your family and children. there is a shopping center not far, a post office, a church, and gas stations, all not to far from the area. i live here and i am happy here!

I would say it's nice and quiet, fairly clean and with decent neighbors.

I really do love living here, I love the staff and the apartment. The only thing that I wish was easier was laundry. I love the idea about the card instead of having to scrounge around for quarters, but it seems like when I have a spare minute to go to the office to fill it up nobody is there. I work 7-5 and it's really hard to make sure I race home in order to get money on the card. Not really a big deal, but kind of a pain.
Now that it's getting darker as well, I've noticed some of the internal and external building lights going out and taking a while to be fixed. I see maintenance all the time, and I know that's not really a huge deal, but I would feel safer if there was more lighting outside.
Also I have a dog, and I am very diligent about picking up her waste, mostly because I hate stepping in dog poop, and I don't want to be the reason anybody has that issue. I have noticed that the bags provided at the multiple stations go empty quite often, and I notice that people use that as an excuse to not pick up their dogs waste because the poop around the property becomes much more evident. I guess it's a little frustrating as well, because when they do go out, I use my own bags, but that was something that was in the lease as an amenity and something that I feel the pet down payment really should cover, so I don't really understand how those can go empty for a week.
Really though, those are my only complaints, every other part of living here is fantastic. This has made a great home, and I tell everyone looking for a place that this is fantastic. Also the fact that you're sending out a survey lets me know you really do care about what's going on outside the main office. That is just great to know.

I would tell them that it is a well kept and safe place to live, and would recommend it to them.

establishment is great and maintance is the best. all incentives like everything new that goes for : carpet, and paint to match, glass doors, new appliances, swiming pool, play yard for children, ample parking and lighted areas, one and two bedrooms with alot of closet space and plenty of room in your apartment to move around, balcony is small but nice still can move around, not shabby or run down the apartments and the areas are kept up always. all in all a place to call home away from home. also brand new lighting fixtures. the staff here are very polite and helpful. why i can say all of things is because i am prowd to be here i live here and call this place my home.
