The property showed well and had a nice, high end but small town feel to it. I would lease here if I was in the market.

The property was very appealing to look at and was in a great setting. The first impression driving in was that it would be a really cool place to live. The community was clean and well maintained and looked very new. Walking into the office, I immediately felt as if I was a bother. The feeling I got was the staff was not interested in me or helping me. I feel as if I would be ignored as a resident.

My visit was extremely pleasant. The agent was very engaging and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She went above and beyond the expectations that one would typically have with a leasing agent and I was very pleased with her service. She presented herself very well.

The staff were professional, upbeat, and welcoming. Both of the apartments I saw could have worked well for me. I liked the area, the up to date architecture of the buildings, and the large and numerous windows in the apartments.

I liked the parking being climate controlled. The gardens were very pretty and felt homey.

I will likely recommend the community to my family members, friends, and acquaintances. I loved the community's location in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I also loved its close proximity to shops, restaurants, a university, public transportation, hiking trail, etc. The leasing professional who assisted me was friendly and had a nice personality.

My experience at the community was very nice. The on-site leasing professional was very friendly and made me feel welcome. She was very professional and genuinely wanted to make the apartments my new home. She presented the community well. The home that I saw was very spacious and updated well. Overall, I was pleased and would recommend this community to others.

This was a nice community in a great location. I liked the common area that included a hot tub, fireplace and community grill. I would have liked to see the exercise room, but was glad to hear it was open 24 hours a day.

It was a very nice urban apartment community. Because the streets were kind of narrow and cars parked on both sides, the streets in the community felt a bit crowded. The courtyard and pedestrian areas were nice and the landscaping and flower planters were colorful and neatly maintained.

The community was well tended and well designed. I liked that there were retail stores and restaurants included in the community, and I liked the design of the floor plan I was shown. The community seemed to be a reasonably good value in the area.

I found the community to be visually appealing. The community feels a bit cramped, but also cozy. The leasing professional was outgoing and gave me a thorough tour. The apartment that I viewed was unique, but it also seemed much older than it actually was. The maintenance staff seemed competent and friendly. Overall, I found this community to be nice, but nothing extraordinary.

After my visit, I would not lease there. The two bedroom apartment I saw felt really cheap to me for the money.
