The community was clean and well maintained. The leasing agent was engaging and made me feel valued and comfortable at all times.

I loved the great apartment features such as the granite counter top, huge walk-in closet, full size, soaking tub, computer nook and big patio. I also loved the beautiful community's convenient location to the business center, various restaurants, shopping area, and other places of interest.

This community offers luxury living at a great south east location.

I would recommend this community to my family and friends.

My impression of this community is a very positive one. Since it is a newer community you could call it gently used with everything still looking nice and in good working order.

The grounds were well kept and the leasing agent was helpful and friendly.

The location of this community provided easy access to both downtown and the Denver Tech Center. The exterior of the buildings, the grounds, and the amenities were all spotless.

These apartments are gorgeous. I love that they having shops in the apartment community. Genius!

I liked the fact the community was somewhat tucked back from a busy and major street, with some offered services and businesses onsite. The apartments were beautiful with granite kitchen counter that extended out for bar stools, nice dark cabinetry and spacious and ample closet and drawer space. The pool was year round and the fitness center stayed open until a reasonable time. The valet waste was a new feature and beneficial for this community. There appeared to be one entrance in and out which would make for congested traffic. It was in a good central location and near the bus route.

It was a very nice community. The rental rate was a bit high for the area. All of the leasing staff seemed very nice.

These were beautiful apartments with a lot of storage. The parking was very convenient. The community was close to light rail and easy downtown access.

The community amenities were extraordinary, cutting edge and beyond my wildest dreams. They offered organized events for the residents. The upkeep of the common areas, throughout the community was flawless and meticulous, with care and attention paid to detail. The leasing professional came across as pleasant, prepared and exhibited a nice personality. The way he presented the home and community was suitable but not personalized. I would be very happy living in this community, and would consider the rent reasonable and a fair value for what I would receive. I envisioned the quality of life in this community, based on the amenities and features offered, as complete. It had everything I was looking for and I would likely recommend this community to family and friends.

The property is neat and tidy. There was ample parking and the covered parking is a nice added extra. The grounds outside are well kept. The inside corridor were clean and well kept.

The community was beautiful and the value of the product for the price was exceptional.

The private parking garages are never secured, anyone can drive in. On one occasion, during a pre-inspection from maintenance, they reported I had an unauthorized dog in my apt. and charged my bank account $300.00. I do not own a dog or have visits from persons with dogs in my apt. After further investigating, they would not return the money but made me wait 1 month and credited the money to next month's rent. The west side of the building's parking lot and entry walk-ways are ghetto looking with trash. There are too many cons...
