Really would like a dry sauna. Not enough parking, non-running vehicles should go elsehwere. Would like security gates w/card. People not picking up after pets.

The community was very nice and inviting. I think anyone would feel welcome there.

The apartment felt like home, and the leasing agent was knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I would not recommend this property to family or friends because of the frustration in getting resolution, the follow up simply isn't there, there are maintenance issues that we still have for the start of our lease that have never been resolved. The parking is such an extreme issue and makes living here uncomfortable.

They are nice apartments to live in so I would recommend then to others I suppose. I would just have to tell them about the age of things in the apartments like the carpeting, tub, sink, faucets, cabinets etc. They are old and worn so if they are looking for new luxury apartments this is not the place.

Simply put, the location and actual layout of the apartments are great. The appliances are cheap but I'm glad to have them. The one and only thing I'd warn a future resident on is about costumer service (personally, it's only a few of the staff...but repetitively so)

The location is ideal for shopping, dining and ease of access to major roads. The overall condition of the complex is appealing. Requests are handled promptly.

The location is the main reason we like these apartments. We have a lot of space and a lot of storage at a decent price. Our day-to-day life at Coyote Ranch is great, as long as we aren't dealing with the personnel to handle any issues that may have arisen.

Ceiling and floors are thin. People don't clean up after there Dogs. Trash pickup service is High. Common areas are cluttered.

Would not - price, low availability of first floor housing

Parking difficult, but like apartments themselves! Amenities good, not too
loud, feel safe here. Close to shopping, etc.

Even though the employees are great, I still don't think the overall value is worth it and there are too many small things wrong with the place.
