The grounds were well landscaped, and the area was clean. The community would be family friendly, and being a gated community, it would be a safe place to live.

It seemed a fair price for the community amenities and apartment features. It had a very spacious and bright interior. There was a nice selection of paint colors for an accent wall and a huge patio in a first floor apartment. This place had a lot of plusses.

The community was conveniently located next to shops and restaurants. It was within minutes of the Highway. The overall community was comforting and in good condition.

The community was well maintained and attractive. The finishes in the model apartment were average. They did not contain some of the upgrades that some would expect. The customer service was a mixed bag. The leasing professional was knowledgeable and thorough. She did not engage with me or attempt to establish rapport. She personalized a few of the features of the apartment to my needs, and the rest of the presentation was fairly standard but thorough.

The community and apartment was nice. It was what I would expect for the price. If you wanted to be in that area then this would be a nice place to live.

Overall, my experience at this community was a very positive one. The leasing professional was very nice, friendly and helpful. The community was very well kept. The amenities were nice.

I love the town home style apartments. They feel cozy and like a home.

If the leasing agent had sold the neighborhood amenity's I may be more interested in renting in this community. I would have liked to know what activity's were in the area for entertainment for my self and my son.

The community offers a great location close to shopping and highway access. The community is an island of privacy in an urban setting. The apartments have modern floor plans and offer a great value.

The apartment was nice and was modern. I liked the amenities that were offered and based upon the leasing agent's presentation it gave me a nice feel. It appeared to me as if everyone would be friendly.
