My perception of the staff member I met was that she was a well trained professional who endeavored to do her job with excellence. The community was well maintained and with the surrounding amenities it would be a good place to live.

I like that you enter the apartment on the ground level and the living space is upstairs. I liked that it's a secured gate community.

This was a well maintained property located in a great spot, close to restaurants, shopping and a major road. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained and came across with almost resort type feel. The office staff was helpful, professional and knowledgeable of both the property and the area and I would be comfortable calling this community home.

The price would be fair for what I would be offered, including the pool and hot tub. I would most likely recommend the community to family and friends because I loved the apartment features such as the washer/dryer and the extra storage space. I also loved the community's convenient location to groceries, various restaurants, shops, public transportation, and the freeways. Above all, the leasing professionals were very warm, friendly, caring, and professional. I could tell the the residents were well-satisfied with the community because the community has consistently won awards from resident surveys. One of the awards was the award from J.D. Power and Associates.

The one bedroom is very well set up and beautiful. There is no wasted space. The property is spectacular. It looks like there is a lot of pride in this community.
