The community was well maintained, and it offered plenty of great amenities. The leasing agent was pleasant and personable. She made me feel welcome and valued.

These apartments have everything you can ask for in apartment living. They are beautiful inside and look luxurious, without the high price.

I was very impressed with not only the community itself, but the pride the staff obviously had in the place they worked and represented. I would be happy to live in this community.

Frustrating and very overpriced

My experience at the community was very pleasant. The first impression of the community was great. The grounds were kept up. The leasing office was gorgeous, and the model home was amazing. I was pleased with the level of customer service the agent provided me with. She sold the community and the lifestyle. I was pleased entirely. I would definitely recommend these homes to others.

This community was nice, but I thought the rental fees were a bit high compared to properties I have toured nearby. One huge selling point is their location, being so close to Old Town and close to the major freeways. The floor plans were nice, and the model was very appealing. There were residents by the pool and using the fitness center, and I liked the idea of a movie theater and access to stand-up tanning.

The staff seem to be friendly and happy to be there. The apartment and amenities are beautiful, but the rent seems to be very high. I realize it is in a very desirable area, but the price for a small one bedroom is really very high. I do not think I would or could ever rent here because of the rent. However, based on what I saw, if I could afford the rent, I would like to live here.

The staff seemed genuinely happy to work here, and very proud of the management group they represented. I was impressed with the personality and reliability that showed when meeting with the staff.

The décor was new, clean, and impressive. I was amazed at all of the amenities; especially the movie theatre and the tanning booth. The common areas were spacious and well maintained. The outside of the buildings are very modern and attractive. The landscape was attractive and healthy. The activities they hosted made me feel that I could easily make new friends. Being close to downtown Arvada gave it a real sense of community.

This community was impeccable. The landscaping and cleanliness was fantastic. It was modern and very fashionable. You get a lot for your money. The clubhouse was spectacular and the pool area has a lot to offer in the warmer weather. I would have loved to move in. The apartments I was shown was perfect to my scenario. It looks like a great place to live.

This community was adjacent to the popular Arvada Olde Town District, which offers many shopping and dining options. The location has easy access to Downtown Denver, Interstate 70 and skiing. The amenities included a theater, entertainment kitchen and tanning booth. The contemporary kitchens had stainless steel and black appliances and cherry cabinets.

The community was admirable. The leasing office is easy to get to with gorgeous features. The community has a built in movie theater that residents can rent out, and hang out with family and friends. The gym is also located in the leasing office with a diverse selection of workout equipment. The overall community has an excellent amount of resources to offer its residents.

The apartments are beautiful and well constructed, but expensive. The community lacks sufficient parking. Recommend doing any business with the leasing office face to face.

I enjoy living here but the parking situation is pretty bad. In the winter time it is even worse. I do not like having to pay an un negotiable waste management fee even if the people that pick up the trash don't show up. I don't like that they don't actually take any materials we have separated out for recycle to the recyle and instead dump it with the rest of the trash.
