The apartment, amenities and community all seemed to be quite attractive. They were presented very positively by an agent who was professional and outstanding. My impression is that it is a very professionally run establishment which I would like to live in. I especially liked the location.

The last apartment made me really think about wanting to live there. It was amazing and for the size it was well priced. I loved the area it was in.

This property is still under construction and some areas were not available for me see. All that I did see was outstanding. They have undesignated, outdoor parking across the street from the apartment building. They also have a parking garage that offers designated parking. Each level of the parking garage coincides with the floors of the apartment building. In that way, residents can park their car and directly enter the floor their apartment would be on. The leasing agent that I toured with did an outstanding job of juggling residents, potential residents and workmen.

The community was clean and well maintained and had lots to offer along the lines of amenities.

The apartments are a nice size and pleasant. I did not see any community features, so would not pay for something I could not see. It is still up in the air as to when the buildings would be finished. I was told the end of March or the first of April. With the utilities not being included and the apartments being so new, there is no way with the four seasons I would know what to plan to pay.

This community offers modern luxury living in the heart of old Towne Arvada.

I did not see any amenities and the ones the agent mentioned did not seem very inviting. The apartment seemed very small, but with large bathrooms. The sales presentation seemed insincere and rushed.
