The property would be fine for those who do not mind enclosed areas in which to relax and for those who do not mind so many people in a small courtyard space. I loved the apartment layout and the quality that was placed in the apartment. The location was perfect. The leasing agent was not notable, but he did complete his task without waste of time.

My perceptions for the customer experience based on the visit with the leasing agent was disappointing. I was not even offered to tour an apartment and was not shown any community amenities. However, the part of the community I saw upon entering the community, was very nice and well maintained.

The walk through of the building was great. The outdoor courtyards were a nice escape. It was a fair value for a brand new building and the layout I saw. I liked how the leasing agent utilized the iPad on the tour, while still maintaining a good conversation.

The community was well thought out to appeal to many people. It had a great location next to the park and the light rail. The pool was nice, but could have been bigger.

This was a nice community and everything was nice and clean. The building was very well thought out and everything was very clean. I would have moved here based on the leasing agent, but the property only helped that decision.

This is a new small community so I feel you would fit right in and you would get to know the staff and maintenance personnel quite easily. This community is only a year old so everything is new.

This place is a hidden gem. It has all the features of a downtown apartment, but in a quaint neighborhood. This property is the perfect location for the upscale lifestyle. Not to mention the location is very close to transportation. I was very surprised the rates were as affordable as they were.
