The parking is a nightmare!!! I even asked to pay more for an extra spot and they said no. I work late sometimes and I'll come home from a long day and find no parking so I'll have to walk a mile to get back to my place

Parking is problematic, rent goes up every year. Garages are incredibly difficult to come by.

It is what it is, but there are worse places out there.

Walls are to dark and no light fixtures. Rent to high,to many outsider at lower pool in summer time.

Too expensive for one bedrooms. I live alone and my rent has gone up over $200, I can barely afford it anymore. for this price, I want a place with washers and dryers. Plus the parking situation needs to be addressed.

Price and dog waste problem. We like living here! Other tenants have expressed concerns about these two issues. We are very fortunate to be in a unit where noise has never been an issue for us.

The parking situation is bad, three adults with two out of three cars register and only one of the two can park inside, the other two have to park a mile away from the apartment if we are lucky to find one. I don't know why I paid to register a car I can't park inside, I should of saved my money.

Our first year here in 2013-2014 was great. I would have recommended Bella Terra to friends and family looking for a place. Now in 2015, I don't see myself doing that. I know its a big complex and I'm sure it's different all over the complex but in my building of 325 A, its a bit uncomfortable to have such inconsiderate neighbors. Its hard to blame them when the rules aren't enforced in any way.
