The community had everything we wanted. The grounds maintenance was perfect and it was obvious they had put a lot of time in considering the plant layout. The apartment was also perfect. It had everything we needed except the size of the master bedroom. The presentation and tour by the consultant was interesting and professionally done.

The community was beautiful. The pool area was stunning, and the color scheme, and decor of the lounge area was beautiful. I especially loved that a washer/dryer was in the apartment. The community was wonderful and a great find.

The leasing professional was awesome. She definitely know what she was doing and how to treat people.

The community was immaculate, and very well maintained and taken care of. The lobby was beautiful. I was very impressed with the amenities and how well kept and clean everything was. The leasing consultant's presentation was good.

I liked the leasing agent's enthusiasm and motivation. It seemed as though she would go to great lengths to get me into an apartment. She was also very friendly and talkative. The interaction with her seemed easy. The community was also notable and great. I liked the features offered in the home and outside the home. The way the leasing agent presented the features to me made me want to move in right away. My overall experience was great.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this community. The Leasing Professional was very friendly, warm and seemed to genuinely care about helping me find what I was looking for in my new home. She provided an excellent tour of the apartment and community, and personalized her tour to my needs. She treated me like a friend instead of a potential resident, and seemed like she really wanted me to lease there. Based on her presentation, I would have leased an apartment at this community without hesitation.

The leasing agent did a good job of demonstrating the wonderful amenities and the lovely apartment. The rent was comparable with what was offered.

There was a true sense of pride in the community. The apartment was immaculate and the leasing agent was genuine.
