A little expensive for the area.

Very clean and quiet neighborhood. I love it

The neighborhood is very nice. A lot of young families with respectful children. And its close to shopping. I'm very satisfied living hear. Maintenance could be quicker but its okay.

Great apartments at a very reasonable price, good community, fantastic management.

Sandra and Rhodey are truly excellent in their positions. They are friendly and attentive. We have nothing but good things to say about them and our facility.

I would recommend the property. The community was in good condition and clean. It provided a good value for the lease price.

I very likely would rent this place because the apartment was very nice and cozy. I loved the open floor of the living room, kitchen and dining area.

I had a very unpleasant experience. The staff did not help to make it memorable.

The apartment was large in size but had welcome amenities like a two car garage, storage, and washer/dryer included. However, it lacked a fitness center or swimming pool which detracted from the overall value.

These are small apartments in a residential area on the edge of town.

When you read the name The Villas at Westgate, gives a preconceived idea of a community rather than just twenty nine duplexes on two street location. The feeling that this would be closer to shopping and entertainment, restaurants is not anywhere close.

The community was a nice and well taken care of community. The leasing professional gave a very good presentation of the apartment, which was a fair market value. I would recommend this community to friends and family.

The community had washer/dryers in each apartment which was appealing and a feature not found at many competitor communities. This was a community of villas which made it more like a neighborhood than apartment buildings. There was not a pool, fitness center, or community center.
