it is too expensive for not feeling like it is a home rather than someone's property.

We would definitely recommend this complex. Its a very quiet place and the facility is very well maintained. We have only had two issues here in three years The first one is our bug issue. The second is the security companny on charge of the complex is very unprofessional. I received a citation for parking over a line in a spot which I do take the blame for. But $115 violation is ridiculous. When I called the number the guy I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional, he spoke to to as if I was criminal because I wanted info on the situation and he just wanted me to pay the fine right away without asking questions. I think the landing can do better than this company.

I like my place very much! I don't have issues with neighbors, it's a good community overall!
