I have already brought several friends here to visit this complex and UNFORTUNATELY every single time I took someone on a tour, there was dog urine or feces as we made out way to and from my apartment around and out the building. Extremely unappealing to myself and my guests.

Security is getting better, but it's still limited. Vehicles wait in the garage and then piggyback into resident parking areas. From there they have access to the entire building.

I would not recommend shift due to the fact it has felt like I live at a hotel.

Apartments are poorly constructed. Walls are paper thin to the point where neighbors conversations can be heard. Sonders guests are inconsiderate and not vetted at all. Community areas are difficult to use due to Sonders guests. Common areas get trashed. Guests allow children to run around in the gym like itâs a playroom. It has become an extremely unpleasant place to live.

I do tell all my friends in North County about how much I live living here. I invite my friends over often in hopes of getting them to move here. I explain the benefits of renting rather than owning and the freedom it gives me to travel more.
