Thank you for the wonderful and honest review. We will stay on top of the retail construction team for more updates and also keep all residents updated on the use of amenity areas. We are all hoping that this phase passes soon as we are all in it together. Thank you so much for being an amazing Luma resident and we can't wait to open everything back up again soon!

1) Concierge staff is incredible, but they are understaffed, they need two people on a shift so that there is actually always a concierge at the desk
2) I can't believe there isn't a water fountain in the gym
3) The elevator buttons RARELY work. It's the most frustrating thing ever

We typically serve the concierge team as 'back up" when they are pulled away from the desk. Please feel free to come into the office any time they are unavailable.
The drinking fountain is located within the interior hallway adjacent to the bathroom. You will notice that there are actually two as one serves as a bottle refill station for residents personal drinks.
I would be more than happy to look into the elevator button issues for you. Is this something that is happening just for your floor or others in general?

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We appreciate your input on the pet situation here and take your comments into consideration when enforcing the community rules. We have been working with our groundskeeper team to ensure that the dog park is spotless every day and will also work with the concierge to have all pets clear from the lobby in a timely manner. In regards to the pool cameras, we do have some options being selected as we speak so you will notice those very soon!
