Most of those I know are a bit older or 'wounded' and the lack of elevator would be an issue for them but as for location, it's perfect.

If they don't mind the highway or limited parking, or the view of the next buildings' balconies directly from YOUR balcony, we would recommend it. Guest parking is kind of unfavorable.. Legacy is walking distance from almost anything you could need, which is nice.

When we first moved in, i would have recommended the legacy to anyone. It was a positive experience and a quiet community. However, as new neighbors have moved in, we began to have problems with them blasting music all day and all night and letting their dog bark at all hours without correcting it. Complaints were made to the office, but the problems continued. Also, as the apartments werw renovated, carpet was replaced with hardwood, which made the walls paper-thin. I now can hear every step of my neighbors above and below me, you can hear when something tiny drops on the floor, along with their tvs.

Legacy does enough things right to warrant a recommendation, but only a qualified one. I would sure to let prospective tenants know of the pitfalls of the complex (lack of guest parking, tiny gym, poo everything) before giving a full fledged recommendation. But like I said, Legacy does have a lot of nice features though that would warrant a recommendation (decent units, not a lot of noise, good location, nice pools, etc.).
