I thought the property had a lot of potential. The office was a little understaffed. They should have provided refreshments to prospective clients coming in. The office could also use some music; it was very quiet in there.

I based my ratings on the presentation, which was good. It seemed this would be a very nice, new and contemporary community upon completion. I could envision a student being very happy living here.

The community had some nice amenities, but I did not feel it was anything better than other communities I have seen in the area. The rent price was a little high for a studio, since the apartment was very small. However, the added feature of monthly trolley passes and ease of getting to the campus were major pluses.
