I was very impressed with this property. The grounds were very well kept. The buildings looked almost new, the apartments were really wonderful and the amenities were impressive and inviting. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The Seacrest community had all of the amenities of a resort community with three pools/spas, a rec. room, a fitness room, and a laundry room. They offered one of the most reasonably priced apartment homes in Orange County.

The leasing agent did a good job on her sales presentation. The apartments were high price and in a high priced area of Orange County. There was nothing wrong with the community. The apartments, amenities, and grounds were clean and well maintained. The staff were professional, polite, and friendly. They made me feel welcome.

The leasing agent had an extraordinary personality that made me feel eager to want to move there. She knew her community well and had an upbeat approach when selling it.

Wow the community was an awesome deal for the money. It was located atop a hill with views of the ocean and hills of San Clemente, and plenty of great amenities. There were also private balconies and plenty of open space.

I would recommend the community to others. The apartment and amenities and location were exceptional. Also the price was very reasonable for what was offered.

The entire community along with the outstanding views and maintenance were second to none that I have ever visited. Much more than I anticipated.

I would of definitely leased from the sales professional. He took control of the conversation, as opposed to merely responding to my questions. He asked open ended questions which required my input and feedback. He agreed my thinking on what was important was really important. He began the closing process while touring the community which became the focal point on the return to the sales office. He demonstrated product knowledge as he detailed exterior and interior amenities, management, and the maintenance service. Knowing he would be manager would be the deciding factor that would tilt the scale over the area's rental competition.
He offered a courteous farewell and invited me to return.

The community had nice ocean breezes and was quiet. The apartments were generous in size. The leasing professional was sincere and gave a detailed presentation.
