The community was in a nice location with a nice staff. The rent prices were reasonable for what I would get. I would live there and recommend to friends or family.

The property is in need of a facelift and more attention to detail. There were dirty dishes in the clubhouse sink, a large vent hose and piece of equipment was outside the door of the vacant apartment I was shown. The signage to Seacrest was confusing. The sign into a driveway said Seacrest, but when I started to turn in, the sign said it was the next entrance.

I would want to live here. It was a great looking community, which overlooked the beach and they had a heated pool which was very nice. The gym had up-to-date equipment, the clubhouse was excellent looking and the business center was very useful.
